The Flow State of Mind you might be wonder many time what is that one thing which has make successful people successful or what is that one thing that one should practice if one wants to become successful in his life ? Intro : Well there is no answer to above question , yes because there is not any one thing which will make sure that you become successful but there is some series of thing that will make sure that you become successful fast in life and almost every aspect of your life. And from this series of thing one thing is Flow state What is Flow State ? Flow state of mind is state of mind in which one become totally selfless and doesn't experience anything else except the work which is currently done. When we go through Gita here I'm not talking about girl but I'm talking about Book 'Bhagwat Gita' the book in which all answers is available in this book in one of the very famous text talking about " Srif Karam Kiya Jaa Fal Ki Chinta Mat Kar" that is only keep doing what you are doing without thinking of what the fruit you get if we here of this slogan then according to this we don't have to set goal and according to many famous business man's, sport persons, schoolers , and motivational speakers you have to set goal. So now the question is what you have to do is you have to set goals or not ?

Well according to me many many years ago peoples are thinking a lot about what they want and when they don't get the desirable thing they get very disappointed and even leave everything and in some cases try to suicide, and as we all know the Bhagwat Gita is told by Krishna in Kurukshetra to Arjun and we know that Arjun is thinking a lot about what happens when he kill his own family what if Kaurav's get win and all this so Krishna told him this slog. And in todays generation the problem is we mix Goals with Dreams, yah! One goal is to learn things as much as possible but now a what we called goal I want to score more so that i go to nice college so that i earn good money so that i get marry a hot girl. right . I think you get clear about what is Dream ? and What is Goal ?

Why we have to set goals ?

Some reasons of setting goal is given below

1) Goals gives you focus

2) Goals help you measure progress

3) Goals help you stay motivated 

4) They help you beat procrastination

5) You achieve even more

6) Goals help you determine what you want in life

Now you get wonder that above quote is talking about 'a goal properly set' that means there is some techniques of setting goal properly. you achieve all above given benefits you have to set smart goal . believe me you learnt you set goal , yah! 

SMART goals means 

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Achievable

R - Relevant 

T - Time bond

this is whole blue print how you have to set goals, don't understand no problem let elaborate this.

Specific - when you sit to set a goal be specific as you can don't write everything, write only one thing and achieve it. for eg. that if you are sit to set goal about scoring more in science then only write about it.

Measurable - set goals in that way that you can able to measure it , there is it's own psychological benefits of setting measurable goal and once one great person told  "If you can't measure it you can't going to achieve it" so set measurable goals. for eg. If you want to loose weight don't make it your goal make your goal to lose 10 Kg a month or 5 KG a month, and measure every day that how much closer is you to achieve your goal.

Achievable - Set achievable goals many people I see who can't able to achieve there goal is there goals is not achievable, What if you think to make a chair with cloud it's can't going to happen you goal is to make world's most comfortable chair.

Relevant - to set relevant goals there are many techniques available on google technique like Memory chart technique, Mind mapping technique go and read about this all or if you want to read about this from me then comment below.

Time bond - the most important ingredient you want if you have to set smart goals, in simple terms you have to set timer. believe me I tied this by my own it's work and I'm sure that you also tried it but unknowingly so you forget let me remind you, remember your days of school when you fun whole year and set to learn 10 or 20 days before of exam when you discuss you found that which topic is take 10 days to understand by everyone you completed it in 2 hours this is power of time bond.

Now you get everything about how to set smart goals and achieve it but below is some tips so that this can work more efficiently 

Tips :

1) State each goal as a positive statement.

2) Set Priorities

3) Write goals down

4) Be precise

5a) Keep Operational goals small

5b) Breakdown your goals
